Contacts and Records Routing

Use this page for questions about the privately operated site or to identify the official office that controls a Somerset County custody, police, court, or public-record question. The site cannot confirm a release, locate a person, or obtain a record.

Somerset County Busted Mugshots is not a government office. It cannot confirm current custody, release a person, pull an official record, interpret a court order, or give legal advice. For a current emergency, call 911.

Questions about this private site

Use the site’s contact method for a technical issue, a question about page content, or an issue with a site-owned item. Messages are not a way to request a jail record, change an agency record, check a warrant, or obtain a mugshot. Requests involving an official record should go to the custodian below.

Public-record request routes

Attention: Chief Clerk
300 North Center Avenue, Suite 500
Somerset, PA 15501
rtk@somersetcountypa.gov
Fax: 814-445-7991

Use the county’s written Right-to-Know form for a defined county record. State the person, date range, agency, and existing record sought. Ask for segregable portions and the legal basis for a denial. The normal RTKL response period is five business days unless an interim response is issued. The county does not publish a booking-photo-specific price or guaranteed turnaround.

openrecords@somersetborough.com
Fax: 814-445-3881
In-person weekday access: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Somerset Borough requires a written, specific approved-form request. Published fees include $0.25 per duplicate page, $2 certification, actual delivery or media charges, and $15 for a vehicle accident report. A borough incident record and a county booking record are separate requests.

Court and custody follow-up

Fax: 814-445-4139
Published hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

For a public criminal docket, use Pennsylvania UJS Case Search. For a document, docket clarification, or court procedure, contact the Clerk or the relevant court. The Clerk is not the jail’s booking-photo custodian.

PA SAVIN/VINE is the county-linked route for custody status and notifications. Its phone route is 1-866-9PA-SAVIN, or 1-866-972-7284. It is not a complete recent-arrests list or public photo gallery.

Local police routing

Somerset Borough Police: 340 West Union Street, Somerset, PA 15501, 814-445-4596.
Windber Borough Police: 1301 Jefferson Avenue, Windber, PA 15963, 814-467-8383. County Control/non-emergency dispatch: 814-445-1525.
Meyersdale Borough Police: 215 Main Street, Suite 2B, Meyersdale, PA 15552, 814-634-7138.
