It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency. Neither this site nor its partners offers consumer reports or FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or related decisions.
Nature of the service
This site is a private reference to public-facing resources for Somerset County and Pennsylvania custody, police, and court records. It does not store official records, confirm a person’s custody, release a person, file documents, or act for an agency. It may direct a visitor to third-party research tools, but those tools are separate services.
Permitted use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

- stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone
- use information for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited screening purpose
